Adam: The one and only foreign guy in NWB Vietnam

Adam - the only foreign guy in the ESM team, a prominent guy with European blond hair and especially with an extremely "modest" height. Talk to Adam to hear a little bit about handsome man’s life in Vietnam as well as the reason why Adam decided to join NTQ Solution!

Reporter: Hey Adam, Could you briefly describe yourself to the readers so they can learn a little more about you?

Adam: My full name is Skoneczny Adam Piotr. People often know me by the short name Adam. I was born in 1988 in Finland and worked at NTQ from June 14, 2021. I have a passion to explore technology, learn about Eastern culture.

Reporter: Can Adam share a bit about why you chose to work at NTQ?

Adam: The first time I heard about NTQ was from a recommendation from a friend who works in the technology industry. After that, I had a meeting with Daniel (Mr. Phan Thanh Luan) and David (Mr. Pham Thai Son). During our first meeting with David and Daniel, we talked about our business, our lives, our families, and our passions. Since then, every meeting with these two friends, I always feel the care and affection from them. I have a hobby of learning about technology and am always interested in the miraculous changes that technology brings to the world. These are the reasons that I really hope that from now on, I can work and collaborate with them for a long time.

Reporter: As a foreign member, did you face any difficulties?

Adam: I was born in Finland, inheriting the unique characteristics of Westerners, but I really like Eastern culture and have lived in other countries in Asia for a long time. Indeed, I have lived in Vietnam for 4-5 years until now. Therefore, it is not difficult for me to adapt to the new environment. With the experience of living and working in many different countries, I can easily expand many relationships even if I don't work in the place where I was born.

Reporter: How is the environment at NTQ different from the environments you have worked in? What do you find most interesting?

Adam: What convinces me to work with NTQ is the friendliness and peace of mind when working at NTQ. Everyone is very happy and passionate about their work. And I realized that this is the working environment that I have always been looking for.

The more time I have worked with people at NTQ, the stronger my impression of NTQ becomes. Every day at the office is a pleasure. We work hard together and enjoy our work.

In our department (NWB), there are 5 working days a week, there are 3 or 4 sessions where we have a party. We bought a lot of delicious food, then we played games and chatted about all kinds of things in the world. Those fun sessions really erased the distance between us, created a close relationship and, above all, helped us love our work and this life more.

Reporter: After working at NTQ for a while, how do you feel about the work and the environment here?

Adam: The members of NTQ impressed me deeply with their enthusiasm, just like David and Daniel. Everyone at NTQ not only helps me as a colleague, but always takes care of me as if they were all family members. NTQ's Board of Manager team is very capable in managing their employees to build a comfortable and friendly working environment so that everyone can freely develop themselves, plus follow the most professional path.

Reporter: What are your future plans?

Adam: My biggest goal in life is to create something magical for the Vietnamese people. I carry that ambition with me because when I first came to Vietnam, I didn't have a home, a job, or friends, but fortunately, I met very kind Vietnamese friends. They helped me rent a house, buy furniture, find work and become a close group of friends. I think that my Vietnamese friends are my benefactors and I want to repay them for their help.

I want to help NTQ and the relatives of NTQ members develop their skills and help them achieve their goals. Along with that, I want to use technology as a tool to make a big impact on as many people as possible.

This year, I participated in the BOTC project. This is a project implemented with the desire to provide maximum support to customers, DEVs as well as NTQ. This is a challenge for the whole team, but I believe that everyone will successfully complete this project.
