Bui Duc Chuong - Live and spread kindness

Mr. Chuong is one of the five founding members of NTQ. The first time I talked to him, I was infused with a unique energy. The energy of the leader's kindness, enthusiasm, and ambition, even after ten years of youth, that energy is still intact as the original day.

With Mr. Chuong, kindness is always exuded in every field, whether it is providing services to customers, how he treats colleagues, or even in his own non-profit activities. I always aspire to be able to do and give something to the community. Mr. Chuong is always concerned about the products and services provided to customers. To him, only when we offer perfect solutions for customers will the money we earn make sense.

Not only at work, but Mr. Chuong is also very interested in health training and wants to "draw" many people like him. Mr. Chuong said, to achieve high work efficiency, first of all, each of us needs to have good health and a durable body. That's why he constantly trains to stay healthy by actively participating in sports, especially running. Moreover, exercise can also bring meaningful things to the community; for him, that is the best thing.

He experienced that, in this life, if you only think of ways to benefit yourself, you will never be satisfied. Happiness lies in giving. Helping people in need always brings lasting joy; NTQ has also experienced ten years of growth. Perhaps we need to contribute more to society and the community by this time. It is people like Mr. Chuong who will help the movement spread. His sincerity will surely touch the hearts of many people.

He often enthusiastically participates in marathons to donate to charity for the city or community runs. He also owns a lot of medals and certifications in the running from launched sports programs.

Talking about core values, he once again humbly said that he did not dare to admit that he was a person with enough values, but he would always try to live and pursue these values. He believes that core values do not come naturally and must be practiced daily in work and life. The most important thing is that we are increasingly upgrading those five values for ourselves.

Even if you fail, instead of blaming the situation, ask yourself questions based on those five core values to find the cause of your failure. Did I act for an individual or a group? Have I been strict with myself? Did I find a better way to do it, or do I stick to the old way? Have I dared to sacrifice for my teammates? Not only in work but also in life, in family and friends relationships, pursuing these five values will help relationships become better.

At the end of the interview, I felt like I was "shocked" back mentally to "revive" more enthusiastically and wholeheartedly. Being next to you is like another world of kindness, a beautiful way of life, dedication, and bravery.
