Do Thuy Trang - NTQ is a place to help me find motivation and passion to work

For Ms. Trang, what makes her feel that the decision to work at NTQ is correct is that this place has forced her to change and grow up constantly. In the past five years, NTQ had grown many times more extensive, with 80 members when Ms. Trang first joined the company; now, there are nearly 800 people. For a human resources worker like Ms. Trang, that growth has given her countless opportunities to grow.

If you do not change yourself, the company's rapid growth will "reject" those who go slower and "refuse" to renew themselves. So, after five years of looking back, Ms. Trang sees the most significant change in her knowledge of human resources professionals that she has equipped, her first life experiences in the profession, and the colleagues attached to her. Together with her on the development of the company. These things make Ms. Trang more confident, assertive, vibrant, and a workaholic.

Every job has specific difficulties and hardships, but for Ms. Trang, a fresher entering the HR profession, those difficulties are memories she will remember forever. It was the first time she had recruited Java for a team, and the team members thanked her repeatedly for finding someone to run the job.

Those were the times when people "pinged" her just asking, "when will my team have someone" that made her obsessed until later. It was the first time I built the process myself and had to learn how to systematize it so that people understand what I do, how I am implementing it, and what tools and software to use to draw that process. That was when all the records and contracts of the members were handed over, and it took a month to find out what they were, how to arrange them properly, and classify them by item. Or just like a simple job that is learning to write emails beautifully, clearly showing what problem you are reporting, asking for opinions, or making requests. Many first times have come to Ms. Trang, but each time has brought her countless lessons and experiences.

After five years of working with the company, what Ms. Trang feels most impressive is the friendliness and closeness of everyone in the company. It seems that there is no distance between the boss and the employee. Nowhere else do I feel that the bosses are as close as in NTQ. The bosses let me try, allow me to criticize, and always listen to show me what is the right direction. Even if there are many of my suggestions, the bosses disagree. Still, I will get an answer back, explaining correctly to understand how the proposal is unsuitable and how to improve it.

Ms. Trang found out that to stick with the company. I have to spend time learning about the company and understanding the corporate culture for about one year before I can see if it's suitable or not. And that is also what Ms. Trang wants to convey to the members of NTQ; you are very young and dynamic. As a human resource, interacting with many members, Ms. Trang hopes that young people can think a little slower and act slower to give themselves more time to experience. Because no business, no company can completely meet your requirements, but there will be a reason to keep you here.

Ms. Trang shared that work also makes her mood go down sometimes, but thanks to Me - her lovely son, who always gives ridiculous advice but touches her feelings. Once, she told her son that a colleague at the company made her sad. Fat said, "It's okay, she didn't do it on purpose." Thanks to that sentence, she took the time to think again and thought that maybe it was because they were in a hurry to say such words, but there was no bad intention in her heart. With that small encouragement, until now, Ms. Trang has never felt discouraged because of her work.
