On October 19, the Project Management, Tech Leader, and BU Leader team at NTQ Solution participated in the "Effective communication skills" training course with speaker Dam The Ngoc - Executive Director of Learning Management. HR Strategy Institute HSM.
Before the orientation of encouraging the spirit of proactive learning and providing learning opportunities to equip individuals with management roles, consider it as the foundation for bringing practical values and development for all other members of the organization. The "Project Technical Leader" training course for PM, Tech Leader on October 19, 2022, is proof of that orientation.
"Project Technical Leader" is part of the management and leadership development program at NTQ Solution, organized by the Department of Training and Development (L&D), which is a program aimed at perfecting and improving management skills, teamwork, and information exchange between levels and departments.
After participating in the course, students are expected to apply what they have learned to the development of their team members and projects, thereby contributing to creating an effective learning environment for NTQers
Through the course, the three regions' project management and tech leader teams have been strengthened, equipped with methodical and synchronous knowledge on effective team building, and raised awareness and desire to develop these skills and core forces of leadership. This is also an opportunity for members to exchange, learn from each other and promote the spirit of sharing and mutual development.
With visual lessons delivered in a fun, interactive method, the course took place in a serious, vibrant, and open atmosphere. Not only that, the theories are put to practice on the spot to help people remember knowledge and increase cohesion and interaction between students.
