Her professional working style, always trying her best with her own choices, has created for this girl many points in the eyes of those around her.
Kim Ngan attended Foreign Trade University (FTU), a joint international program with the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (Switzerland). Accordingly, besides studying at FTU, Ngan had time to experience and study in Switzerland. In September 2019, Ngan finished the program in Switzerland, and also during this time, Ngan applied to NTQ for the position of Account Manager.

Currently, Ngan is the Leader in the European market (EU). Reaching customers in this market is extremely difficult for Ngan and the team because customers in the EU market are challenging; they will only trust them if they communicate through online channels.
Understanding this, at the time in Switzerland, along with studying, Ngan took advantage of living in your country, trying to find customer groups, building relationships through meetings, exchanging and meeting directly with customers so that the two sides can understand each other better, can quickly come to cooperation.
From an Account Manager with the daily work of negotiating and implementing contracts, keeping developing relationships with customers, Ngan has now become an essential link in NTQ's journey to conquer customers.
Difficulties and pressures are inevitable
Becoming the Leader of the Team in charge of the EU market at a young age, Kim Ngan also felt a lot of pressure and sometimes self-doubt when taking over a new role. Because not only Sales but all other professions, there is certainly a lot to learn.
The girl born in 97 is quite concerned about how to pass on the enthusiasm and motivation to do the job to her teammates, progress together, and become the best warriors possible. Ngan shared, more than learning for Ngan will be required, especially when Ngan is currently working in a position where besides professional work, it is also about working with people.
