Minh Trang was eager to find a place where she could continue to advance her work in the field of Branding as soon as she returned to Vietnam. The young girl then had the chance to speak with Mr. Pham Thai Son, the CEO of NTQ Solution. It is known that Mr. Son spoke extensively about the company's future objectives, particularly in the Branding area, which Minh Trang carefully considered before deciding whether or not to stay with the company. Along with that, realizing that technology is a growing industry, there will be many "playgrounds" for her, Minh Trang decided to fall in love with NTQ from that day on.

When Trang worked as a teaching assistant in England, she discovered that she was quite interested in this profession despite having never thought she could teach or speak in front of people. "I also think highly of my teacher as he both works for a company and acts as a teacher at school, making him very knowledgeable both practically and theoretically. In the future, I hope that my path will be just as solid" - Minh Trang expands on her inspiration for becoming a teacher.
For Trang, teaching is a way for herself to review and deepen her knowledge. More than that, when doing this job, Trang is exposed to dynamic and creative students, gets inspired and learns more from them.
Work at NTQ always comes first
When asked how she manages her time between her work at NTQ and her teaching activities, Minh Trang replied that she always gives work at NTQ top priority and only works extra when she feels she can arrange tasks at the company. The young girl only accepts courses for a short period of time, or works as a speaker on weekends.
During the first time, Minh Trang also spent a lot of time in the evening preparing a textbook of knowledge to share with students. However, when there is a plan in place, everything proceeds as expected, making things easier. Given that both of Trang's current jobs have a connection to Branding, she sees a synergistic relationship between the two positions that will further increase her theoretical and practical expertise.
Future direction
Currently, Minh Trang and the Branding team are working hard every day to improve the work they are doing and prepare for the upcoming plans. " The initial step will be to expand the team, then move forward with the strategy to build the Corporate brand, the Employer brand, and for the long term, to build the NTQ Ecosystem Brand as well as the Personal brand of KOLs within the company. - Minh Trang talked about her plans for the future.
