I/ Thông tin chung về chương trình Fresher ReactJS: Với chương trình đào tạo thiết kế riêng biệt từ lý thuyết đến thực hành, NTQ sẽ giúp các bạn có lộ trình "lên đai" vững chắc, tự tin trên con đường sự nghiệp. (chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin) - Biết, hiểu và sử dụng ngôn ngữ lập trình hướng đối tượng - Ưu tiên đã tham gia các khóa học, được đào tạo về lập trình (online hoặc tại trung tâm đào tạo) - Từng tham gia làm bài tập lớn (1 app cụ thể) tại trường hoặc tham gia dự án tại các công ty, tổ chức. 1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Lên kế hoạch cho dự án; Trao đổi và hỗ trợ các member triển khai công việc:  + Trao đổi với BA để làm rõ Requirement, Q&A  + Trao đổi với Comtor để làm rõ nghĩa các vấn đề cần dịch  + Trao đổi với dev để chốt phương án triển khai, làm rõ bug  Quản lý Stakeholder, report đúng/ đủ, kịp thời thông tin. 2. YÊU CẦU Middle, Senior: Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án trong ngành outsourcing; Junior: Có ít nhất 1,5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án trong ngành outsourcing; Có khả năng quản lý dự án độc lập, kinh nghiệm chạy dự án full-life cycle; Có mindset quản trị scope. quality, risk tốt; Tinh thần chủ động, trách nhiệm cao trong cv, sẵn sàng nhận thử thách mới; Ưu tiên ứng viên có tiếng anh/tiếng hàn giao tiếp tốt. 3. Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Enforce best practices in software development, including code reviews and system security. Oversee system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain optimal operation. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, evaluating new tools to enhance functionality. Manage project timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Requirement Must have Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field 7+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in project technical/team leader role Strong knowledge of Java or Python for backend development. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS. Strong foundation in database design and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Proven ability to understand business problems and provide technical solutions Effective communication and team collaboration capabilities.
