NTQ là môi trường làm việc đầu tiên mà thành viên Hải Đăng đã lựa chọn và gắn bó suốt 5 năm  Bắt đầu làm việc tại NTQ từ năm 2018, thành viên Vũ Hải Đăng tham gia thực tập tại NTQ với vị trí Ruby on rails. Nhưng hiện tại, anh đang là một developer full stack thuộc Công ty 2B. Biết đến NTQ như một cái duyên và từ đó gắn bó cùng công ty đã 5 năm rồi, khi được biết mình cũng đã là thành viên có tên trong danh sách thâm niên 5 năm, Vũ Hải Đăng vô cùng bất ngờ khi thời gian trôi qua nhanh như vậy.  Ngay khi còn là sinh viên năm cuối của trường đại học FPT, Đăng đã có một thời gian được thực tập tại công ty. Dù sau đó vì bận việc học và chuẩn bị làm đồ án để hoàn thành tốt nghiệp, Vũ Hải Đăng đã phải tạm nghỉ tại NTQ, nhưng cơ duyên lại đưa Đăng tìm đến NTQ một lần nữa và khiến thành viên này gắn bó cùng NTQ trong suốt hành trình 5 năm sự nghiệp của mình: “Mình cũng không rõ tại sao, nhưng chắc phần nhiều là vì duyên khiến mình chọn và gắn bó với nơi này. 5 năm không phải quá dài, nhưng là một hành trình trải nghiệm đầy ý nghĩa đối với bản thân mình, đặt ra nhiều bước tiến quan trọng trong sự nghiệp của bản thân”.
