(Fresher - Intern) AI Engineer
I. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-world applications.
- Support the design and implementation of Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms to enhance AI performance.
- Collaborate with senior AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Conducted experiments, analyzed results, and contributed to improving AI models.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and research to support innovation within the team.
- Participate in code reviews, model evaluations, and team discussions.
II. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or final-year students with relevant experience).
- Basic knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Understanding of transformer-based architectures and deep learning models.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken), preferably with an English certificate equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or CEFR level C1.
II. Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., RLlib, Stable Baselines).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI projects, competitions (e.g., Kaggle), or research work.
- Understanding of MLOps practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
