Intern Tester
1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Học và nắm rõ quy trình công ty, quy trình dự án.
- Tham gia học tập và làm task trong các dự án thật theo sự hướng dẫn, giao việc từ team lead, PM.
- Báo cáo định kỳ, kịp thời tiến độ, issue cho team lead, PM
- Thực hành tìm hiểu yêu cầu, viết test viewpoint, test case… trong dự án thật.
2. YÊU CẦU
a) Must have:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng - Lĩnh vực về công nghệ thông tin/hệ thống thông tin/ Logistic và quản trị chuỗi cung ứng
- Đã từng học hoặc tham gia khóa manual tester
- Có kiến thức căn bản về hệ thống thông tin quản lý, có khả năng phân tích cao, có khả năng thuyết trình và trình bày vấn đề tốt.
- Có base tech
- Có định hướng học hỏi, phát triển thành Automation Tester
- Có thể đi làm Fulltime (Chấp nhận sinh viên đang chờ bằng)
b) Nice to have:
- Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật, Tiếng Hàn là lợi thế.

IT Intern (ENG Fluent)
1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
a) IT Support:
- Hỗ trợ các vấn đề cơ bản về Windows, Office, Email, máy in, mạng nội bộ.
- Cài đặt phần mềm, driver, cấu hình PC/Laptop theo hướng dẫn.
- Tiếp nhận ticket/yêu cầu, theo dõi và cập nhật tiến độ xử lý.
b) Onboarding / Offboarding IT:
- Chuẩn bị thiết bị, tài khoản và công cụ làm việc cho nhân sự mới.
- Thu hồi thiết bị, kiểm tra tình trạng khi nhân sự nghỉ việc.
c) Quản lý tài sản (Asset Support):
- Kiểm kê, dán tem, cập nhật danh sách tài sản (Excel/Asset tool).
- Cấp phát và thu hồi thiết bị theo quy trình công ty.
d) Hạ tầng & thiết bị văn phòng (Exposure to Infrastructure):
- Hỗ trợ kiểm tra thiết bị mạng cơ bản (router, switch, wifi, AP).
- Kiểm tra vận hành camera, máy chấm công theo checklist.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc IT onsite: kiểm tra port, test kết nối, kéo dây mạng.
e) System Admin Internship Path (được hướng dẫn):
- Hỗ trợ tạo/thu hồi account theo quy trình.
- Kiểm tra log, theo dõi trạng thái hệ thống.
- Hỗ trợ backup cơ bản, kiểm tra dung lượng, health check định kỳ.
- Tham gia xây dựng, chuẩn hóa quy trình IT (guideline, checklist).
2. YÊU CẦU
- Sinh viên năm 3/4 hoặc mới tốt nghiệp ngành CNTT, Mạng máy tính, An toàn thông tin hoặc liên quan.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp thành thạo
- Kiến thức nền tảng về:
+) Windows và phần cứng máy tính cơ bản
+) Mạng cơ bản: IP, ping, DNS/DHCP (khái niệm).
+) Tư duy tốt, chủ động học hỏi, có trách nhiệm.
+) Giao tiếp lịch sự, hỗ trợ người dùng tốt.
- Ưu tiên:
+) Đã từng làm IT Support part-time/Intern.

- Observability - metrics, logging, and tracing aren't buzzwords to you; you know why all three matter

1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Tham gia phát triển các dự án AI outsourcing cho khách hàng quốc tế (startup, SME, enterprise).
- Thiết kế, huấn luyện, đánh giá và triển khai các mô hình:
