I/ Thông tin chung về chương trình Fresher ReactJS:
Với chương trình đào tạo thiết kế riêng biệt từ lý thuyết đến thực hành, NTQ sẽ giúp các bạn có lộ trình "lên đai" vững chắc, tự tin trên con đường sự nghiệp. Tại đây, bạn sẽ được:
- Training chuyên sâu không chỉ về kỹ năng chuyên môn mà cả về kỹ năng mềm một cách bài bản, sát thực tế
- Dẫn dắt bởi các mentor là quản lý với nhiều năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành
- Tham gia các dự án công nghệ mô phỏng với khách hàng của NTQ là các tập đoàn lớn đến từ các thị trường Nhật, Hàn, HongKong, EU…
- Hỗ trợ phụ cấp lên đến 6M/tháng và được đánh giá để tăng lương liên tục theo kết quả học tập

II/ Yêu cầu đầu vào
- Sắp/Đã tốt nghiệp đại học Công nghiệp, bưu chính viễn thông, bách khoa, thương mại, ĐH Quốc gia, học viện KT quân sự... (chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin)
- Biết, hiểu và sử dụng ngôn ngữ lập trình hướng đối tượng
- Ưu tiên đã tham gia các khóa học, được đào tạo về lập trình (online hoặc tại trung tâm đào tạo)
- Từng tham gia làm bài tập lớn (1 app cụ thể) tại trường hoặc tham gia dự án tại các công ty, tổ chức. Ưu tiên làm việc với JavaScript hoặc 1 Web App
- Có khả năng đọc, hiểu được các tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh/ Nói, viết ở mức cơ bản (tương đương với trình độ tiếng Anh A2 trở lên)
III/ Chế độ và Cơ hội
- Có trợ cấp trong đào tạo upto 6M theo đánh giá năng lực và chuyên cần.
- Có cơ hội được ký HĐLĐ chính thức với Công ty sau khi thời gian đào tạo fresher và nhận mức lương hấp dẫn.
- Được đồng hành và định hướng bởi mentor nhiều kinh nghiệm trong quá trình đào tạo
- Hỗ trợ vé xe hàng tháng, các thiết bị văn phòng phẩm phục vụ việc học tập.
- Chương trình đào tạo bài bản lên chính thức và hoàn toàn không mất phí.
- Thời gian làm việc: chấm công linh hoạt, từ 8h30-9h30, check out từ 17h15-18h15 từ T2-T6, nghỉ cuối tuần

Technical Leader (NES)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Leader with expertise in backend development using Java or Python to oversee our enterprise's internal systems development and operations. This role requires strong technical leadership, a proven ability to deliver scalable and robust solutions, and a knack for mentoring and guiding development teams. Familiarity with frontend technologies and experience with the Odoo platform are significant pluses.

Requirement
Must have
Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong knowledge of Java or Python for backend development.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS.
Strong foundation in database design and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Proven ability to understand business problems and provide technical solutions
Effective communication and team collaboration capabilities.
Nice to have
Experience with the Odoo platform, including customization and development of modules.
Knowledge of HRM, CRM
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps processes and frameworks
Proven experience as a Technical Lead in a product company

1. Scope of work:
Role Overview:
