1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML modules into production-ready software systems

- Implement and fine-tune models for tasks such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation, or forecasting

- Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training, evaluation, and serving

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client, BA, frontend/backend engineers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Write clean, well-documented, testable code; participate in code reviews

- Contribute to internal R&D experiments and proof-of-concept builds

- Support pre-sales and technical proposals when required (architecture diagrams, feasibility assessments)

2. REQUIREMENTS

- Solid foundation in Python; ability to write clean, structured, maintainable code

- AI / ML: Understanding of core ML concepts: Supervised / unsupervised learning, model evaluation metrics, overfitting/underfitting. Familiarity with at least one of: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace

- GenAI / LLM: Knowledge of modern AI paradigms: Prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases. Experience with OpenAI API, LLaMA, or equivalent LLM frameworks is a plus

- Systems & Engineering mindset: Can reason about architecture: APIs, queues, databases, model serving (not just notebooks). Basic understanding of REST API design, containerization (Docker), or cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic CI/CD concepts

- Data literacy: comfortable working with structured/unstructured data, SQL queries, JSON/CSV pipelines

- English (Required): Able to read technical documentation, write English reports/emails, and participate in English-language meetings with clients

- Structured thinker: approaches problems systematically, can break down complexity into clear sub-tasks

- Ownership mindset: doesn't wait to be told — proactively identifies gaps and acts

- Team player: communicates blockers early, gives and receives feedback constructively
