1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Lead development of large-scale web systems

- Design and define system architecture (scalability, availability)

- Develop backend using PHP

- Review code, API design (REST/GraphQL), and database design

- Build and optimize infrastructure on AWS

- Establish CI/CD, coding standards, and development processes

- Handle performance optimization, high concurrency, and realtime processing

- Mentor team members and support project planning and estimation

2. REQUIREMENTS

a) Must Have:

- 3+ years of software development experience

- Strong experience in PHP

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)

- Solid understanding of system design and architecture

- Experience in API and database design

- Experience in code review and team leadership

b) Nice to have:

- ReactJS / NextJS/NodeJS

- Microservices or event-driven architecture

- Realtime systems (WebSocket)

- Monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus)

- Japanese proficiency (N3 or above) is preferred

- Ability to communicate with Japanese clients is an advantage
