1. JOB DESCRIPTION
a) Sales Data Collection:
- Assist in collecting and organizing weekly and monthly sales figures and activity data.
- Input data accurately into reporting templates for review by the Sales Director.
b) Invoice & Tracking Support:
- Help track sales invoices and follow up on documentation as directed.
- Communicate with the Accounting Team regarding basic invoice queries under supervision.
c) Meeting Coordination & Minutes:
- Support the organization of team sales meetings, including scheduling and material preparation.
- Practice taking Meeting Minutes (MOM), focusing on clearly documenting action items.
- Learn to follow up on assigned tasks to ensure basic administrative completion.
d) Team IC Function (Administrative Support): Provide basic administrative support to the sales team, assisting with document management and general inquiries.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (or in the process of completing a Bachelor's degree).
- Mindset: Must be very detail-oriented, supportive, and keen to develop strong organizational skills.
- Skillset - Foundational:
+) Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., simple data entry and formatting).
+) Basic proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and practice conducting Meeting Minutes (MOM).
- Comfortable working with numbers and administrative processes.
