2. Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Onshore team, customer, and offshore development teams.
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects according to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, UI/UX, and operations.
- Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and issues to both customer and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation, status reports, and presentations in English and/or Vietnamese.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the account management team to identify upsell opportunities or additional support needs.

a. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software development.
- Experience working directly with Korean clients or in Korean business culture is strongly preferred.
- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
b. Nice to have
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with Korean business etiquette.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to facilitate bilingual meetings and negotiate diplomatically.

Project Manager
1. Mô tả công việc
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý dự án của các dự án được giao để cung cấp sản phẩm và dịch vụ chất lượng đúng thời hạn trong phạm vi ngân sách và có quản lý rủi ro.
- Là đầu mối liên lạc với khách hàng và các bên liên quan nội bộ Xây dựng kế hoạch dự án chi tiết để theo dõi và theo dõi tiến độ
- Hỗ trợ xác định phạm vi và mục tiêu của dự án, có sự tham gia của tất cả các bên liên quan và đảm bảo tính khả thi về mặt kỹ thuật
- Quản lý các thay đổi về phạm vi dự án, tiến độ dự án và chi phí dự án
- Tham gia các cuộc họp hàng tuần với khách hàng và quản lý cấp cao hơn
- Quản lý mối quan hệ với khách hàng và đảm bảo sự hài lòng của họ khi hoàn thành dự án sau khi xây dựng

2. Yêu cầu
Must have
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí PM cho các dự án phần mềm tại công ty outsourcing
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án teamsize > 15 người
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với dự án thị trường Nhật
- Hiểu biết và thực hành tối thiểu 2 quy trình phát triển phần mềm: kỹ thuật estimate và kiểm soát chất lượng.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế phát triển dự án theo mô hình Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
Nice to have
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm dự án Project base
- Ưu tiên tiếng Nhật tốt
- Có các chứng chỉ như APC, PMP là một lợi thế
- Ưu tiên đã làm dự án full lifecycle (Create Recruitment, Design, Code, UT/IT/ST, UAT/Deploy)
- Ưu tiên base Tech
