Here are seven internal lecturers who are always dedicated throughout the journey of sowing talent at NTQ Solution.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Linh and Mr. Nguyen Phi Long (OS3) - Lecturers of Java Intern 15
With an impressive number of training hours of up to 80 hours, Mr. Nguyen Duy Linh and Mr. Nguyen Phi Long (OS3) have undoubtedly left many impressions on Java Intern 15. In addition to spending time training fresher to build a team future team for NTQ, Mr. Linh and Mr. Long also actively participate in training activities and extracurricular activities of the company.
Ms. Ta Thi Thanh Huyen (OS8) - Lecturer of IT courses English 02 & 03, Rocket English 01 & 02
The members who have participated in the Rocket for Devs foreign language training course are certainly no strangers to Ms. Ta Thi Thanh Huyen - a passionate lecturer from OS8. In 2022, Ms. Huyen has been the principal lecturer for 4 IT English classes 02 & 03, Rocket English 01 & 02 with more than 30 hours of training. Huyen has always listened to feedback from students and constantly improved the quality of training content, bringing quality courses to developers. Although busy with professional work, Huyen still spends more time sharing and inspiring NTQ developers, supporting the dev team on their journey to becoming "NTQ Ambassadors."
Ms. Nguyen Bao Tram (Support Committee) - Instructor of Korean language courses 01.1 and 01.2
Although she has only been with the L&D department since July 2022, Ms. Nguyen Bao Tram has brought fresh air to NTQ-ers who love Korean culture. After successfully organizing two workshops: a Korean office culture workshop and working skills workshop with Korean customers, Ms. Tram opened 2 Korean elementary classes, creating an environment for exchange and love development like Korean among the members.
Talking about Ms. Tram, friend Dinh Thanh Chung (OS6) gave winged compliments: "Son Seng-nim Tram is a teacher and also a respectable, lovely, charming, and cute sister. That's because the inspiration she gives to the class members is powerful, making all students in the class feel happy and excited about the lessons, from which the quality of the lectures improves and knowledge is also easier to absorb. On the first day of class, I was only a Vietnamese member, but I had just joined the first semester and felt like I was about to become a native Korean. On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, I wish Ms. Tram a lot of health and joy and join more and more Korean language classes in my country."
Mr. Do Minh Quy (OS6) - Lecturer of Clean Code course 01 & 02
Coming to the "teaching profession" as a predestined relationship and having started teaching for many years, Mr. Do Minh Quy (OS6) has always thought that teaching is not only about imparting knowledge, but each teacher also plays a role. as a person who spreads fire, inspires and spreads passion. Therefore, with each of his lectures, he always spends a lot of time and enthusiasm to design the lessons correctly, attract and keep students "busy." Students will have the opportunity to experience many new learning methods and change their learning status continuously to maintain concentration and stimulate learning and memory, such as through group discussions and presentations in class.
Mr. Tran Son Chien and Mr. Nguyen Anh Chung (OS3) - Lecturers of C# Fresher 20
Talking about Mr. Chien and Mr. Chung, perhaps not only the members of NTQ are impressed with your enthusiasm, but even those who have not had the opportunity or are about to become personnel at NTQ are also highly impressed with their enthusiasm!
Because Mr. Chien and Mr. Chung have taught many fresher courses at NTQ. In addition, the two men also had the opportunity to interact with many candidates through the interview process. To select the best candidates for NTQ, not only test their professional knowledge but also spend a lot of time chatting with you, even sharing more knowledge. Because of the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the two brothers, some candidates have to say that, never and never did I think I could learn so much from just one interview.
When asked about his experience as a C# Fresher 20 student, Duong Quang Vinh (OS6) shared: "Mr. Chien and Mr. Chung have had experience working on many large projects for clients at NTQ. The fresher course is like a huge project for the two of you, and you guys pay a lot of attention. Therefore, all of my classmates made speedy progress under the daily supervision of Mr. Chien and Mr. Chung.
