As a seasoned tester, Anh Tuyet from OS1 is known for her gentle, quiet and introverted personality. However, with the experience she has accumulated after 5 years of working at NTQ, her bravery in work has reached a "superior" level.
As someone who considers themselves to be difficult, the choice of working environment for Tuyet is also quite strict. Tuyet shared her motivation for continuing with NTQ, said: "The working atmosphere is my top priority, and I consider NTQ to be a welcoming place to work where everyone is gregarious and valuable. Additionally, everyone was really enthusiastic when I first started working there, which made a positive impact on me. I believe it will be challenging to find a place with a welcoming work environment like NTQ, which is why I have stayed with them up to this point".
5 years at NTQ, now she has become a "better version" of herself
After more than 5 years working at NTQ, up to now, she has had a remarkable growth in both knowledge and skills. "However, what I find a little regrettable is that at NTQ, I haven't been able to make full use of what I've learned" said Ms. Tuyet.
No sweet fruit comes easy, to be able to become an excellent tester like today, Ms. Tuyet also had to go through countless difficulties and challenges. However, thanks to her progressive and inquisitive spirit, Tuyet has gradually transformed herself into a "better version" of herself.
When asked about her contribution at NTQ, Tuyet just smiled and said: "I don't think I have much to contribute”. However, we all know that in order to have a smooth output and product for customers, our tester girls and boys play a very important role to create values for the company, which are also the silent contributions that Tuyet has devoted over the past 5 years at NTQ.
And surely in the process of working at NTQ, Tuyet also had "a time to remember" with images associated with full emotions of joy, anger, love, hate.
Therefore, an introverted and nostalgic girl when asked about her regrets in the past time, Tuyet paused a bit, and shared: "Perhaps the thing I regret most is the youth, the good memories as well as old colleagues that I love".
However, she always tries to look at the positive side so that she can always be happy and comfortable, as well as spread positive energy to those around her.
