NTQ Star
NTQ Star is an award to recognize employees' achievements after one year, applied to all official employees of the Software Production Unit, Subsidiaries, and supporting functional departments. Individuals are honored when they have outstanding efforts and achievements within the unit/department and are proposed and voted on by the units. And in 2021, many members have been named with the NTQ Star Award. This award is a thank you to the NTQ-ers for their efforts during the past year.
NTQ Project Of Division
NTQ Project Of Division is a title for project teams with the most impressive achievements and contributions in production and product units. Accordingly, NIS production centers and product manufacturing units will nominate outstanding projects with timely response time, quality, financial efficiency, high implementation scores, and good customer feedback to run for election.
NTQ Program Of Division
This is an award for outstanding programs and activities of the year from Support Blocks. The award will name the Program with the most outstanding and impressive based on criteria such as Coverage, Good response from staff, Contribute to building the company's cultural image.
NTQ Employee of the Year
And in 2021, the NTQ Employee Of The Year award named the following members: Ms. Ta Thi Thanh Huyen Os8 with Gold level; Ms. Nguyen Thi Chuyen OS6 with Silver level; Ms. Nguyen Minh Trang Branding with East level; Mr. Bui Viet An NTQ AI with East level.
NTQ BU Leader Of The Year
This is an award to honor BU Leaders with excellent BU management journeys during the year, based on the scale and achievements that BU has achieved during the year. The award is applied to Software Production Units - which operate under the BU model and are honored at the Company level. The BU model has been deployed at NTQ since 2021, so 2021 is also the first year to have this title.
