Understanding that importance, the Learning & Development (L&D) department has organized professional training courses, soft skills training, etc. monthly for all NTQ-ers members. The course is led by seasoned Mentors with a passion for knowledge sharing.
Through the course, students have grasped the basic and advanced knowledge of the optimal code solution: Clean Code, how to prepare for international certifications: AWS, Microsoft,... to how to think critically. Customer service thinking, communication skills: English, Japanese, Korean,... to facilitate exchange with international partners and customers.
