Joined NTQ Japan from March 2020, Ms. Tien said that the chance that brought her to NTQ Solution was indeed a "purposeful accident". In the second year of living and working in the land of the rising sun, Tien discovered that she was allergic to Sugi pollen - a bloom of the Japanese cedar tree. She made the decision to take a new path for herself because the area where she lived and worked was heavily planted with Sugi, which made her allergies worse and worse. At that time, She applied to the Admin position of NTQ Japan and worked until this day.
Her employment requires her to execute tasks linked to administration, accountant and IT support for machinery and equipment. She shared: "My work is really varied. While one side deals with paperwork and numbers, the other side listens to members' concerns and responds to 1001 of their queries. When I have free time, I install computers or research computer fixes when my phone freezes. Everyday is a busy day but fun"
Sometimes Tien desires that the Admin team of NTQ Japan could grow stronger. When looking at the positive side, Tien realizes this is a chance to demonstrate her capabilities, experience working independently, and her multitasking abilities.

Not only being appreciated for the quality of work, Tien is extremely loved by her colleagues and was called by an intimate nickname: Ms. Fairy. This charming moniker was given to Tien because she has a lovely appearance and a sweet disposition. Tien is always there to troubleshoot and quickly provide a solution for everyone like a "Miss Fairy" whenever the members have issues that need support.
When asked about her challenges, Ms. Tien said that the daily workload was her main obstacle. She needs to be very focused and apply many skills to handle the job well. In addition, maintaining good emotions at work also is challenging. Due to the work that requires regular communication and support for members, there will be times of stress and negative emotions. Knowing this, Tien always tries to practice emotional self-control every day in order to be a source of inspiration for everyone around her.
The company's team-building activities are what Ms. Tien remembers most clearly. Because she not only contributes personally to the program's administration but also immerse herself in the lively environment of bonding activities, growing closer to her coworker.
