Nguyen Van Hiep: The talented Bridge Software Engineer of NTQ Japan

BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) is the person who plays the role of connection between the customer and the project team; they help the exchange process between the customer and the project team be carried out smoothly, helping to hand over the project and bring satisfaction to customers successfully. During his time working at NTQ Japan, Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep has impressed many major partners with his excellent performance, even though this is his first time taking on the position of Bridge Engineer.

In getting used to the role of BrSE, his biggest challenge was time management. He shared: "When I received A's project, I also worked with another client in Vietnam. It was a challenging time, and I had a hard time managing my time with both clients. "Taking advantage" of the time difference between Vietnam and Japan, I could actively handle work in the evening while my friends in Vietnam were still working. In addition, I also evaluate and arrange work items with current customers in order of priority to complete and report on time.

Overcoming the initial bewilderment and time challenges, Mr. Hiep has completed the task and received highly positive customer reviews. Accordingly, customers appreciate that Mr. Hiep not only stands in the position of an engineer but is always conscious of giving opinions from the user's perspective, thereby proposing and developing systems and software.

Evaluating Mr. Hiep's role in the project, Mr. Pham Van Thanh - DM (Delivery manager), said: "I feel very secure when Hiep participates in the project. Hiep manages the job well, diligently reviews products, and hands over to customers on time with good quality. Hiep's actual effort is more than the recorded effort for this project."

With a mind that never rests on victory, after each project, he always draws for himself valuable lessons. He shared: "Perhaps we need to pay attention to how we work and present the content appropriately for each stage of the project. It is necessary to improve the way of working so that right from the first time, the customer feels peace of mind, but sometimes has the ability. Still, not being able to show it immediately, it is difficult to receive the project."

Moreover, he also emphasized the confidence that each Bridge Engineer needs to build trust from customers and the offshore team, creating harmony and smoothly completing the project.

Sharing his plans soon, Mr. Hiep said that he is looking forward to continuing to participate in the work of the upstream phase and will constantly learn and improve his skills. In addition, in his personal life, he intends to take driving lessons to serve his work and daily life.

It can be said that any "first time" for us will inevitably be initially surprised. But the important thing is that we dare to think, do, constantly strive to improve, and accompany each other; no matter how difficult it is, we all have grounds to hope for good project results.
