NTQ's QA department brings together members of different ages, personalities, and strengths. However, they have one thing in common: they are highly passionate about studying and working hard to take professional certifications for work.
In 2022, QA members have set a goal to improve the capacity of the whole team through certification exams as well as internal exams. Along with that, the team is striving for more PSM (Professional Scrum master) and ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certificates - two necessary certifications for improving the process management capabilities of projects. Accordingly, these goals are based on NTQ's 2022 goals, helping the Company grow and develop further in the future.
Up to now, the QA department has tried and gradually completed the set goals, as evidenced by the fact that in the early days of 2022, QA brothers and sisters have fired the first shots for decisions. Intends to reward when three members receive the Professional Scrum Master 1 certificate. Recently, the team has also recognized three more members who have achieved the above-mentioned certificate. From now until the end of the year, the QA team is also trying to get more ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certificates as planned.
To achieve as expected, the QA-ers also had specific learning plans to get closer to the goal. In addition to self-study, the internal team will also organize a QA Exam contest to re-evaluate the capacity and understanding of QA-ers about the NTQ process. Besides, training activities to promote the learning spirit of QA members are also held every week. It is known that the NTQ QA team is having weekly sharing sessions between QA friends to share insights, knowledge, or "tips" that can be used in projects. In addition, the QA department also has an audit program; Senior QAs will audit QA members to ensure that they are following the correct process and correctly understanding the processes being applied in the Company's project.
Commenting on the importance of the movement of learning and preparing for certification exams for QA students in particular and the IT industry in general, Ms. Nguyen Hai Ha (QA Manager) emphasized whether it is the IT industry in general or QA in particular. These are all very broad and changing industries, so learning needs to be taken care of. Because if we don't work hard to absorb the good and learn new things, it will be easy to be left behind, so studying and taking the certification exam is one of the top factors to help us always go up. , there are more open opportunities in the future. Ms. Ha also expects the QA team to study more and more actively and receive more certificates shortly.
