1. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to oversee technical projects, guide development teams, and drive architectural and solution design. The role implements solutions with the latest cloud technologies to ensure best practices, reliability, scalability, security and high-quality delivery across all projects, while also preparing and documenting comprehensive technical design specifications.
Additionally, you will manage stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives and collaborate effectively with project managers or Scrum Masters for task prioritization and resource allocation.
2. Job Description:
- Lead the development of modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Architect and implement REST and GraphQL APIs for scalable backend services.
- Define the architecture and drive the use of AWS services (e.g., API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, Cognito, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS).
- Prepare and document high-level technical design specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect backend services and APIs with high test coverage.
- Perform and automate API testing using tools like Postman, Bruno, or similar.
- Mentor team members in testing strategies and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Work collaboratively with project managers or Scrum Masters to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Establish and manage CICD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Provide technical mentorship and guide team members on best practices.
- Oversee Agile workflows and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design and technical strategy.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security.
3. Requirements:
a) Required Skills:
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Extensive experience with Node.js and API development.
- Extensive experience with Serverless Framework or AWS SAM, including designing, deploying, and optimizing serverless applications at scale.
- Profound knowledge of AWS cloud technology and services like API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, Cognito, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS
- Strong experience in designing and implementing APIs (REST and GraphQL).
- Strategic oversight of authentication and authorization systems.
- Ensures alignment with industry standards and security compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Leads the team in adopting secure authentication frameworks and protocols.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing testing strategies.
- Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman or Bruno.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CICD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Proven leadership in Agile teams and ability to mentor developers.
- Strong background in architecture and solution design, with proven experience in preparing and documenting technical design specifications.
- Strong focus on automation, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical details
- Effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with project managers or Scrum Masters for task prioritization and resource allocation.
b) Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with AWS Glue, Step Functions, EventBridge, and data pipelines.
- Advanced Python and Spark skills.

ReactJS/.Net Developer - Junior/Middle (tiếng Nhật)
1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Tham gia phát triển các ứng dụng web, trên nền tảng sharepoint với trọng tâm là Front-end sử dụng ReactJS và TypeScript
- Dựa trên yêu cầu và design của khách hàng cung cấp để thực hiện xây dựng, tối ưu và tái sử dụng thành các module, component hoàn chỉnh.
- Thực hiện tạo design cho phần test-case UT/IT, thực hiện execute test theo testcase UT/IT đã tạo hoặc được KH cung cấp.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng code: clean code, performance, maintainability
- Tham gia scrum team cùng với khách hàng, tham gia các hoạt động trong sprint, cải tiến quy trình phát triển và công nghệ
- Giao tiếp với team, khách hàng, báo cáo tiến độ hàng ngày.
2. YÊU CẦU
a) Must have:
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển Front-end
- Thành thạo ReactJS (Hooks, Functional Components, State Management)
- Thành thạo TypeScript
- Hiểu rõ HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với RESTful APIs
- Hiểu biết về responsive design, cross-browser compatibility
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu, giao tiếp được với KH bằng tiếng Nhật. Trình độ tiếng Nhật tương đương JLPT N3 trở nên.
- Có tư duy logic tốt, chủ động, trách nhiệm cao trong công việc
b) Nice to have:
- Có kinh nghiệm hoặc hiểu biết về Back-end với các kỹ thuật dưới đây là một lợi thế

- Có kinh nghiệm làm BrSE, testing là một lợi thế.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với cloud (Azure là lợi thế)
