On October 26, 2022, NTQ Solution has just held a workshop with the topic "How to become a senior developer according to European standards," which attracted the attention and participation of more than 50 members of NTQ-ers with the participation of more than 50 NTQ-ers with two speakers: Mr. Adam Piolr Skoneczny - Director of BOTC at NTQ Solution and Mr. Dario D. Müller Founder of Softwerkstatt, Germany are currently customers of NTQ Solution.
The workshop was held to help NTQ-ers members understand the software development process and the testing rules to optimize and improve the quality of technology products for international partners, especially with customers in the European market.
The Training and Development Department at NTQ Solution (LnD) organized the Workshop: How to become a senior developer according to European standards with the participation of 2 speakers:
- Mr. Adam Piolr Skoneczny - Director of BOTC at NTQ Solution
- Mr. Dario D. Müller - CEO and Founder of Softwerkstatt - a software company in Germany with 13 years in the information technology industry.
At the workshop, two speakers, Adam Piolr Skoneczny and Dario D. Müller brought authentic perspectives and real case studies drawn from their own valuable experience on software development methods with partners and customers in the European market (EU). During the exchange, the participating NTQ-ers members asked many questions to deepen their understanding of software development processes according to European standards.
After the program, the members also shared their excitement when learning more about working standards and communication culture with European partners, expecting to apply them to other projects quickly. The project will be implemented, bringing better products and services to customers.
