2. Job Description

- Learn and assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients;

- Support outreach efforts through LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels;

- Develop strong communication and negotiation skills through hands-on experience;

- Work closely with senior team members to understand customer needs and tailor solutions;

- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM;

- Participate in training programs to develop a deep understanding of sales strategies and client engagement;


3. Requirements

a. Must have

- Experience in running lead generation campaign through different channels (Email, Linkedin)

- Experience in working with lead generation & CRM tools

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients

- 3+ year of sales B2B experience in the IT industry

- English: IELTS 7.0 or equivalent certification

- Problem solving skills

b. Nice to have

- Experience in leading Business Development Team 

- Experience in working with US/EU Market
