2. Job Description

- Act as the primary point of contact between the Onshore team, customer, and offshore development teams.

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects according to scope, budget, and schedule.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, UI/UX, and operations.

- Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and issues to both customer and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver project documentation, status reports, and presentations in English and/or Vietnamese.

- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with the account management team to identify upsell opportunities or additional support needs.


3. 

a. Must have

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software development.

- Experience working directly with Korean clients or in Korean business culture is strongly preferred.

- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.

- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.

- Ability to facilitate bilingual meetings and negotiate diplomatically.
