Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Leader with expertise in backend development using Java or Python to oversee our enterprise's internal systems development and operations. This role requires strong technical leadership, a proven ability to deliver scalable and robust solutions, and a knack for mentoring and guiding development teams. Familiarity with frontend technologies and experience with the Odoo platform are significant pluses. Responsibilities: Lead the development and operation of backend systems using Java or Python, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with teams across the organization to define system requirements, integrate systems, and improve workflows. Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Enforce best practices in software development, including code reviews and system security. Oversee system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain optimal operation. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, evaluating new tools to enhance functionality. Manage project timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Requirement Must have Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field 7+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in project technical/team leader role Strong knowledge of Java or Python for backend development. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS. Strong foundation in database design and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Proven ability to understand business problems and provide technical solutions Effective communication and team collaboration capabilities. Nice to have Experience with the Odoo platform, including customization and development of modules.  Knowledge of HRM, CRM Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps processes and frameworks Proven experience as a Technical Lead in a product company Benefits Salary: nego, 13 salary months/year + bonus.
