JOB DESCRIPTION Manage QA team (Min 3 members) to:  -  Build process, standardize processes and all documents template - sample -  Identify quality goals based on project scope and objectives & define QA plan  -  Audit the process compliance of various projects in accordance with defined Quality Process Management system: + Report the issues or detected defects in product verification to PM/SM & QAM, follow and track correction plan till closure. + Make the "Pass/Fail" judgment after reviewing final inspection for the quality of deliverables. - Work without supervision across various projects with team size range from 30 to 50 members in peak time. - Provide the On-job training for Junior QA. - Internal audit for QA/ Project/PM follow Organization company & ISO/CMMI standard. 2. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have: Have a good Quality mindset - Have at least 01 year of experience in QA Leader - Be competent in reading guidelines and making reports in English - Knowledge of ISO, CMMI and other quality frameworks - Experience in Agile/SCRUM  - Very careful and Detail-oriented - Problem-solving skill and Communication skill, team work, be able to communicate coherently and persuasively - Flexible and Patience, be able to work in different contexts - High Sense of responsibility, can work under pressure. Nice to have: - Good at Japanese is a bonus point. 3. JOB DESCRIPTION - Working with project manager (PM) to determine project development process base on Company process; - Supporting project to follow process which be defined; - Auditing project weekly to ensuring project’s process; - Reminding deadline for Project manager & team; - Raising project risk/issues; Following issues.  - Supporting project to manage customer complaint (investigate, define corrective/prevention action and follow up) - Recording and analyzing project database to identify areas for improvement in the quality - Meeting, reporting, other support if need; 2. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have: - At least 1.5 year experience as PQA in software project, outsourcing company -  Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability of working independent and teamwork, can work under high pressure - Fluent in English, in both verbal and writing; Nice to have: - Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent experience; - Have knowledge about implementation methodology such as CMMI, Scrum, Kaizen; - Have Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Scrum master certificate is a plus; - Can use Japanese is an advantage; 3.
