1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct lead generation and prospecting to create new opportunities
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings face to face, online or over the phone
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline

2. REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in verbal and written English is required (~IELTS >= 7.5) (Being able to use German, Dutch or French is an advantage)
- Or Fluency in verbal and written Germany is required (Level >= B2). English is proficient
- Can relocate if required
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of ITO;
- Driven to acquire high commission

UA Marketing (Mobile App)
1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Tham gia xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch quảng cáo cho các dự án được giao, đảm bảo hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu về hiệu quả và ngân sách
- Lập kế hoạch và thực thi các chiến dịch User Acquisition (UA) trên các kênh trọng điểm: Facebook Ads, Google App Campaigns, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads.
- Phân tích dữ liệu quảng cáo, đánh giá hiệu quả chiến dịch và đề xuất các phương án tối ưu nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất. Sử dụng các công cụ đo lường (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase…) để phân tích hiệu quả chiến dịch và hành vi người dùng.
- Thực hiện A/B Testing cho các mẫu quảng cáo, trang cửa hàng và luồng Onboarding trong app để tối ưu chi phí CPI và ROAS.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các chỉ số doanh thu (Revenue) và lợi nhuận trên mỗi user.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, phân tích hành vi người dùng để xác định thị trường mục tiêu, định vị sản phẩm và đề xuất chiến lược tiếp cận phù hợp.
2. YÊU CẦU
a) Kinh nghiệm:
- Tối thiểu 2-3 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Mobile App Marketing, Growth Hacking hoặc App Publishing.
- Đã có lịch sử "Public" thành công ít nhất ứng dụng lên store và có kết quả doanh thu cụ thể.
b) Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
- Thành thạo các công cụ quảng cáo App (Google, Facebook, TikTok).
- Biết sử dụng các nền tảng phân tích dữ liệu: Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust.
- Ưu tiên hiểu rõ kỹ thuật ASO.

c) Kỹ năng mềm:

a. Tìm kiếm và Khai thác khách hàng:

1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Tiếp nhận thông tin từ bộ phận Sales/Presales OB tại Nhật về kế hoạch sang Việt Nam của khách hàng.
- Xây dựng Agenda làm việc chi tiết, chuyên nghiệp.

iOS Developer (Senior)
1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Phát triển và tối ưu các tính năng iOS, đặc biệt là các nghiệp vụ yêu cầu xử lý nền (Background Processing) phức tạp.
- Thiết kế và triển khai các cơ chế Background Tasks, Background Fetch, Push Notification Service Extension, Background URLSession, CoreLocation background mode, và các cơ chế tùy chỉnh đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định trong điều kiện bị hạn chế tài nguyên.
- Xử lý các vấn đề khó như tối ưu thời lượng chạy nền, tiết kiệm pin, hạn chế hệ thống của iOS, tối ưu vòng đời task nền.
- Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, đề xuất kiến trúc phù hợp (Clean Architecture / MVVM / VIPER).

1. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to oversee technical projects, guide development teams, and drive architectural and solution design. The role implements solutions with the latest cloud technologies to ensure best practices, reliability, scalability, security and high-quality delivery across all projects, while also preparing and documenting comprehensive technical design specifications.
Additionally, you will manage stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives and collaborate effectively with project managers or Scrum Masters for task prioritization and resource allocation.
2. Job Description:
- Lead the development of modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Architect and implement REST and GraphQL APIs for scalable backend services.

- Prepare and document high-level technical design specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.

3. Requirements:
a) Required Skills:
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Extensive experience with Node.js and API development.
- Extensive experience with Serverless Framework or AWS SAM, including designing, deploying, and optimizing serverless applications at scale.
- Profound knowledge of AWS cloud technology and services like API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, Cognito, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS
- Strong experience in designing and implementing APIs (REST and GraphQL).
- Strategic oversight of authentication and authorization systems.
- Ensures alignment with industry standards and security compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Leads the team in adopting secure authentication frameworks and protocols.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing testing strategies.
- Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman or Bruno.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CICD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Proven leadership in Agile teams and ability to mentor developers.
- Strong background in architecture and solution design, with proven experience in preparing and documenting technical design specifications.
- Strong focus on automation, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
