As a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) with nearly 5 years of dedication to NTQ Consultant Japan (NCJ), Soma Tomoyuki has always brought a delightful experience to everyone he meets with his cheerful and approachable demeanor. In this conversation with NTQ Rubik, Soma continues to share his experiences at NTQ and insights into the highly useful world of being a BrSE for those who aspire to pursue this career.

Being a socialite with a burning desire to conquer new languages, the young girl Vu Minh Hang (1993) never thought she would fall in love with the IT industry. However, by countless coincidences on the path of pursuing her passion for foreign languages, she fell in love with NTQ Solution. She became the leader of the Japanese X - Comtor team after only 3 years of working.

Currently, Bridge system engineer (BrSE) is becoming an attractive job for many young people who are and will be studying Information Technology. To better understand what BrSE is, in this article, NTQ Solution will answer the most basic information and understand the qualities to become a bridge engineer.

BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) is the person who plays the role of connection between the customer and the project team; they help the exchange process between the customer and the project team be carried out smoothly, helping to hand over the project and bring satisfaction to customers successfully. During his time working at NTQ Japan, Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep has impressed many major partners with his excellent performance, even though this is his first time taking on the position of Bridge Engineer.

Our lives will always be improved by our passion. Ms. Bui Thi Bich Chi (X - Comtors Manager) has been fostering a passion for collecting stories about Japanese paintings with a vast collection of story books in order to satisfy her curiosity about learning about and discovering cultures from throughout the world, particularly Japanese culture.
