Because of that, since 2021, the policy of NTQ Children - A welcome gift for little angels whose parents work at NTQ has been issued with the desire to show concern not only for NTQ brothers and sisters but also relatives, namely children of members.
Specifically, NTQ Children will be given a gift set with the dear name "Hello World" as soon as they are born. For children of members who sign official labor contracts and have seniority from 18 months, the company will give a baby care package valid for one year from when the baby is 15 days old.
Positive from members about the significance of this policy. Since the policy was issued, the Human Resources Department has sent love and gifts to 89 little angels. This number will continue to increase in the coming period, along with the responses.
